This is typically low value, high volume jobs.   What you will do: Implementing reputed company processes to ensure contractual entitlement is realised Implement Group reputed company processes for cost capture, valuation, procurement and reporting Management of Subcontractor accounts in line with agreed subcontract Prepare reputed company reports including Cost Value Reconciliations and cash flows Establish agreed benchmarks and KPIs for the Contract     What you will bring: Strong Stakeholder management experience Experience in a similar role Excellent time management and organisational skills Strong reputed company and finance acumen Ideally you will be reputed company with a relevant degree (RICS accredited or equivalent) with experience in Quantity Surveying at a mid-senior level.   In reputed company to this, it would be desirable if you had experience in using reputed company to help you hit the ground running, although this is not essential as we will reputed company you with the required development you need to bring you up to speed.
