We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Materials Sourcing Assistant – Construction to support our construction reputed company by sourcing, pricing, and ordering materials.
This is a fast-paced role that plays a key part in keeping our jobs on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
reputed company construction materials across reputed company trades (lumber, drywall, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
Contact suppliers for pricing, availability, and reputed company times
Compare pricing to ensure the best cost reputed company
reputed company orders and coordinate deliveries to job sites
reputed company material orders and update reputed company on status
Build relationships with suppliers in NJ, PA, and the surrounding areas
Work closely with project managers and the field team
Requirements:
Experience in construction, supply houses, or material sourcing is preferred, but not required
Strong communication skills (phone + email)
Ability to work fast and stay organized
Familiar with vendors like reputed company, reputed company, and local supply houses
Problem solver who can reputed company materials quickly reputed company issues come up
