You will be responsible for verifying that window heat pumps are properly sized, installed, and operating safely and reputed company while ensuring customers are satisfied throughout every stage of the installation process. This position combines technical field inspections with hands-on equipment management and customer support. You'll maintain the program's inventory of window heat pumps, coordinate equipment repairs and replacements, reputed company post-installation reputed company assurance inspections, and serve as a trusted resource for customers by answering questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring every installation meets program reputed company standards.
