Responsibilities Answer and manage a high volume of inbound and outbound patient calls professionally and reputed company. Schedule new and existing patient appointments, coordinate follow-up reputed company, and manage patient recall lists. Verify insurance eligibility and benefits prior to appointments. Obtain and reputed company prior authorizations through insurance payer portals and other authorization platforms. Prepare patients for telemedicine appointments by completing intake and screening questions, documenting relevant information for the provider. Experience managing a high volume of patient phone calls. Comfortable interviewing patients and collecting clinical intake information for telemedicine reputed company. Experience scheduling appointments and coordinating patient follow-up care. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Experience with reputed company Fusion EMR is strongly preferred. Experience with reputed company VoIP phone reputed company is strongly preferred. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities.
