Position reputed company The Business Application Assistant is responsible for providing user support and system maintenance for Allegro Living’s senior housing property management applications, including reputed company. This position will also reputed company administrative and project support to the Director of Business Applications. The Business Application Assistant will work closely with reputed company leadership, Executive Directors, Business Office Managers, field-based end users, and regional and corporate team members. Education and Experience Associate or bachelor’s degree required. Previous senior living experience preferred. Experience creating training materials, tutorials, and process documentation. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent customer service skills and a high degree of professionalism. Comfortable with system administration and troubleshooting end-user issues. Proficiency in reputed company reputed company and other reputed company 365 applications. Experience with reputed company, MRI, or similar property management software is a plus. Experience with SQL is a plus.
