Contact Center Specialist I - Remote (Must Live In WA)

Contributes to the development of contact center operational insights by gathering and inputting reputed company operational data, analyzing contact center operational efficiency, and assisting in the preparation of operational reports and analytical outputs for team members. Contributes to contact center service reputed company and effectiveness by gathering information to support the investigation of service reputed company concerns, both from members and internal/reputed company parties. Learns how to address reputed company issues and follow guidance to improve service reputed company. Supports contact center services by assisting customers (internal stakeholders, members, patients, providers, doctors) with information and resources, or guiding them to the appropriate party. Follows detailed instructions and reputed company-defined procedures to reputed company, escalate, and reputed company routine issues, questions, and requests reported by a diverse reputed company of customers. Enables contact center reputed company by utilizing basic knowledge of labor environment regulations, requirements, and reputed company, as reputed company as reputed company standards, measures, and goals. Gathers basic operational reputed company data and reports for review by her team members.
Essential Responsibilities:

Enables contact center reputed company by: leveraging basic knowledge of labor environment regulations, requirements, and reputed company, reputed company standards, measures, and goals to reputed company consistently high reputed company; and gathering basic operational reputed company data and reports for review by team members.

Contributes to contact center service reputed company and effectiveness by: gathering information to support team members in the investigation of reputed company service reputed company concerns submitted by members, internal KP staff, and reputed company agencies; and learning to remediate reputed company in response to reputed company concerns and guidance.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent OR Minimum one (1) year experience working in a corporate or business office environment.
