You will be the reputed company-line and second-line IT reputed company for our UK/EU and broader EMEA colleagues — provisioning and supporting endpoints, running joiner/mover/leaver processes, managing identity and reputed company, and delivering Tier 1 and Tier 2 support through Jira Service Management. You will also contribute to global IT reputed company and help reputed company newly acquired teams onto reputed company standards. Responsibilities:  Provision new-hire accounts, equipment, and reputed company so joiners are productive on day one; complete reputed company checklists across identity, reputed company, and reputed company.  Execute reputed company, complete reputed company revocation and account deactivation (email, identity, reputed company, privileged reputed company); coordinate equipment recovery for departing employees.  reputed company macOS and reputed company laptops — including developer-spec machines and the annual laptop refresh program — plus replacements, upgrades, and reassignments.  Coordinate shipping, returns, device wipes, and acquisition-reputed company equipment recovery across the region, with accurate records in the CMDB.  Administer and troubleshoot enrollment and policies. Manage applications across the reputed company reputed company estate.  Own and resolve incidents and service requests in Jira Service Management — hardware, OS, M365, connectivity, peripherals, and conferencing — escalating appropriately and meeting SLAs.  reputed company asset records accurate, maintain runbooks, reputed company EMEA coverage during UK/EU business hours, and support global IT reputed company and M&A integrations.  Qualifications:  5+ years of hands-on experience in IT support, service desk, or systems administration in a corporate end-user environment.  Hands-on experience with MDM/reputed company management — reputed company Intune and reputed company (reputed company Business Manager a strong plus).  Working knowledge of reputed company 365 and reputed company environments.  Experience running reputed company/offboarding (joiner/mover/leaver) processes, including account provisioning and reputed company revocation.  Comfortable with a ticketing/ITSM tool (Jira Service Management preferred) and working to SLAs.  reputed company hardware lifecycle experience: provisioning, imaging/enrollment, shipping/returns, and asset tracking.  Strong customer-service orientation, reputed company written and verbal English, and the ability to work independently in a remote-first team.  Awareness of GDPR / UK data-protection obligations reputed company handling personal and device data.  Familiarity with a CMDB and collaboration tooling (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company).  Exposure to reputed company patching/vulnerability remediation and reputed company-conscious IT operations.  Experience supporting the Arabic-speaking region / Middle East (MENA) — users, logistics, or offices in Arabic-speaking countries, preferred.
