Operations Assistant

This is a remote position. Supporting operational delivery and administrative workflow for a busy sports school, this flexible remote contract position plays a key role in managing reputed company communications, customer sales, and daily incoming inquiries. The role is designed to handle seasonal fluctuations in workload, scaling from approximately 15 to 20 hours per week during ramping up during peak operational seasons. Working USA operational hours estimating from 3pm - 7pm with flexibility. The main outcome of this position is to maintain consistent customer engagement and ensure seamless office coordination without requiring fixed full-time hours year-round. Operating entirely from a dedicated home office, the successful candidate will reputed company email channels, process inquiries, and reputed company scheduled phone coverage. Dedicated reputed company and training protocols involving screen-sharing reputed company sessions and online learning materials will be provided. Key Responsibilities Manage incoming customer inquiries, email correspondence, and sales queries in a reputed company, reputed company manner.
