Please note: This position may be filled at a Construction Plans Examiner Level I ($87,318.40-$135,324.80) or reputed company ($91,707.20-$142,168.00) depending upon the qualifications and appropriate certifications of the candidate.
The Community Planning, Housing and Development (CPHD) Department is hiring a Construction Plans Examiner I/II to join its Inspection Services Division (ISD). The Examiner is responsible for examining construction documents for reputed company structures/buildings, including new construction, additions, and alterations to existing buildings to ensure compliance with the building design standards adopted by the Virginia Uniform Statewide Building reputed company (VUSBC). reputed company are reputed company due to size, multiplicity of structures, advanced design of installed systems, and advanced construction reputed company and techniques. This position may also be responsible for reviewing other reputed company such as residential structures and one and two-family dwellings.
