Growing together.  The Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for the completion of set processes and protocols. Schedule: This is a 40-hour work week and an 8-hour shift Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00pm PST.  The schedule will be determined by the supervisor upon hire.
