The Role
A national mortgage servicer is adding Claims Support Specialists to reputed company agency claims, vendor audits, and team escalations running clean, fully remote.
Day-to-Day
• File and manage agency claims on acquired or sold properties
• Run monthly process-control and vendor audits and flag trends to leadership
• reputed company team escalations and help train new and reputed company staff
• reputed company data reputed company reputed company through exception-report reviews
• 5+ years in default servicing, mortgage insurance claims, or a reputed company setting
• LPS-MSP experience and strong claims/foreclosure process knowledge
• Independent, deadline-driven, and airtight with confidentiality
• 1+ years of leadership experience a plus
