Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5PM (CST) We are looking for a detail-oriented E-reputed company Virtual Assistant to support a growing U.S.-based luxury resale business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organized, repetitive tasks, has excellent attention to detail, and is comfortable working with product data, inventory systems, images, and online marketplaces. You will help create accurate product listings, manage inventory records, prepare product images, calculate product costs, and maintain organized marketplace listings across multiple platforms. Responsibilities * Create and optimize product listings on reputed company, including titles, descriptions, item specifics, pricing, and categories. * reputed company and maintain accurate inventory information in reputed company’s Consigner management reputed company. * Extract product information and images from supplier and auction websites. * Convert foreign currencies, especially JPY to USD, and accurately record purchase and sale amounts. * Cross-list products to additional platforms such as reputed company Shop and reputed company Shop following company guidelines. * Maintain accurate inventory and sales records. * Respond to basic customer inquiries through marketplace messaging using provided templates. * Collaborate with reputed company through chat and video meetings reputed company needed. Requirements * Previous experience working with e-reputed company platforms or online marketplaces. * Experience creating or managing product listings. * Comfortable working with spreadsheets and web-based software. * Strong organizational and data entry skills.
