Set and manage reserves and proactively managing litigation and counsel, inclusive of litigation planning and execution, budgeting and reputed company review and payment Represent reputed company at meetings with management and carriers and at mediation and trial. Successful Candidate Will Have: BA/BS College Degree required. JD degree preferred. 3 to 5 years reputed company work experience, preferably handling liability and/or clean-up claims, or working in a reputed company position. reputed company auto liability experience a plus. Excellent verbal and writing skills and solid coverage analysis and drafting experience. An aptitude for reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating technical, reputed company and medical information.
