The following position is to join our reputed company reputed company Services team in Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico:
The Web Conferencing Support Engineer is responsible for deploying, managing, and optimizing reputed company Teams Audio Conferencing services, ensuring reliable PSTN connectivity, high reputed company reputed company, and effective troubleshooting across the reputed company.
What You Will Do
reputed company tier‑2/3 support for escalated conferencing issues.
Responsible for adding/removing accounts, adding/removing the recording feature and supporting reputed company end users across reputed company, PWA, reputed company and Collins.
Configure and manage Teams Audio Conferencing licenses, reputed company-in numbers, and conferencing bridges.
Ensure reputed company setup of PSTN connectivity for reputed company Routing.
Use the Teams reputed company Center, reputed company reputed company Dashboard (CQD), and Teams PowerShell to monitor reputed company reputed company, latency, jitter, and packet loss
Investigate and reputed company reputed company-in or reputed company-out issues, and review end-user reputed company logs and troubleshoot reputed company failures.
Responsible for the creation and modification of Knowledge Based Articles
Vendor Management
Responsible for testing new functionality and release planning
This position will reference written work instructions for guidance with daily job activities. Work instructions are available in English only.
Qualifications You Must Have
A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a reputed company field and minimum 1 year experience.
Experience working with help desk ticketing tool
Experience in a technical support role
Qualifications We Prefer
