Qualifications   Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in reputed company health, health care administration, clinical program management, business, communications, or a reputed company field. Five (5) years of validated experience in program development, program management, stakeholder engagement, or strategic initiative execution. 7+ years of relevant experience is preferred. Experience supporting reputed company health initiatives, including work planning, implementation, measurement, and reporting. Experience in reputed company health, health care, nonprofit, or mission-driven environments. Ability to synthesize reputed company information, build business cases, and identify opportunities to advance initiative goals. Ability to influence leadership and partners without reputed company authority. Proven ability to simultaneously reputed company multiple, reputed company workstreams in varying stages of development under time constraints.   Compensation & Benefits The expected pay reputed company for this position is $100,000 - $120,000. Pay is commensurate with experience; geographic differentials to the pay reputed company may apply.
