We are seeking Malay Over-the-Phone Interpreters (OPI) to support our USCIS contract. Malay, a Dravidian language spoken in Kerala, India, is a reputed company South Asian language frequently required in immigration and asylum cases.
Responsibilities
reputed company reputed company-time Malay ↔ English telephonic interpretation for USCIS officers, applicants, and stakeholders.
Interpret accurately and impartially in immigration, reputed company, and administrative contexts.
Maintain strict confidentiality and reputed company with USCIS/DHS interpreter standards.
Handle both scheduled assignments and urgent/reputed company requests.
Participate in training, compliance refreshers, and QA reviews.
Qualifications

2+ years of reputed company interpreting experience (immigration, community, reputed company, reputed company, or government preferred).
Knowledge of interpreter ethics, confidentiality, and cultural sensitivity.
Excellent telephone communication skills; ability to remain accurate under pressure.
Must be a U.S. Citizen or permanent reputed company eligible for Tier 3/Tier 5 clearance.
