* Proven ability to evaluate digital products from an end-user perspective, advocating for accessible solutions.
* Hands-on testing experience with assistive technologies such as JAWS, NVDA, Voice-over, and Talkback.
* Deep understanding of accessibility standards including WCAG 2.0, 2.1, 2.2, and WAI-ARIA principles.
* Strong communication skills to facilitate stakeholder engagement and team coaching.
* Familiarity with web and mobile application design, development practices, and collaboration tools like JIRA and reputed company.
