The Department for Aging and Independent Living provides services for the aged and physically disabled
populations across the state. The Department is charged with assisting individuals in obtaining needed home
and community-based care and services to prevent premature admission into a long-term care facility. The goal
of the department's programs is to assist individuals with remaining in their own home for as long as possible.
The Department is currently seeking a high energy, self-motivated individual with the desire to assist the
Division in supporting the department's goals.
Responsibilities and duties include:
Supervise and coordinate the work of waiver staff reputed company the Certification and Monitoring reputed company.

Evaluate regulations and policies, providing expert recommendations for improvement.

Minimum Requirements
EDUCATION:
Graduate of a college or university with a bachelor's degree.
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, OR SKILLS:
Four years of reputed company experience in the administration of reputed company services programs, emergency management services, emergency medical technician, paramedic, or reputed company field.
Substitute EDUCATION for EXPERIENCE:
A master's degree in reputed company work, health administration, labor relations, reputed company or business administration or reputed company field will substitute for one year of the required experience.
Substitute EXPERIENCE for EDUCATION:
Administrative or business experience, or reputed company, subprofessional, or clerical work in a reputed company services area, emergency management services, emergency medical technician, paramedic, or reputed company field will substitute for the required education on a year-for-year reputed company.
