[Remote] Fueling Operations Support Manager - REMOTE

This role involves providing technical and customer support for fueling facilities across various industries, ensuring compliance, and leading operations to reputed company organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot various fueling systems (reputed company/AST alarm monitoring, Automatic Tank Gage (reputed company), interstitial, Probes, sensors, reputed company buckets, sumps, Turbine Transfer Pumps (STP), Under Dispenser Containment (UDC), DEF systems, dispersers, piping, tank cleaning, Filters, others) to reputed company custom solutions for customers. Includes ownership of complete repair or replacement solution
• Ensure work order timelines and priorities are met. Utilize work order management system to prioritize and analyze customer service needs prior to taking reputed company(s)
• Provides reputed company, effective, and consistent communications/updates to both customers, databases, and other stakeholders
• Establish processes and tools to proactively prevent Notices of Violation. Support customer service needs reputed company to Notices of Violation. Ensure facility compliance schedules are met. Identify and resolve potential compliance issues proactively. Understand reputed company to escalate for reputed company compliance assistance
• Obtain, review, and approve repair quotes. Support constructions/capital reputed company under the guidance of environmental project reputed company. Run reputed company reports using information from multiple systems and databases, build basic reports using information from multiple system and databases
• Monitor and report out on individual KPIs
• As assigned reputed company/support the creation and implement of policies/SOP/procedures/ BMP/ other for internal and/or reputed company stakeholders
• Working weekends, staying late, and/or making work schedule changes, is necessary to meet business needs
• Position may be required to work remotely. Position requires candidate to agree to and abide by reputed company Telecommuting and Permanent Remote Work Agreement(s) and Policies for the duration of the remote work period
• Performs other duties as assigned

Skills

• H.S. diploma/GED required
• Five (5) years or more fuel system and/or facility maintenance management and/or environmental compliance industry experience required
• One (1) to three (3) years of experience in reputed company responsibility for customer relationship-building experience required
• In-depth understanding of how to use language/communications to create and maintain reputed company customer experiences advanced required
• Proficient in reputed company Office environment, including reputed company pivot tables advanced required
• Fueling systems (reputed company/AST alarm monitoring, Automatic Tank Gage (reputed company), interstitial, Proves, sensors, reputed company buckets, sumps, Turbine Transfer Pumps (STP), Under Dispenser Containment (UDC), DEF system, dispensers, piping) reputed company fueling systems and other systems as assigned advanced required
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business or reputed company field
• Other Obtain knowledge, reputed company training, and/or maintain 2 to 3 relevant certifications (compliance-reputed company, ICC, AB Operator, Gasboy, INCON, FFP, Incon, ICU, Six Sixma, Project Management, Other)
