Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a reputed company Administrator who will be responsible for analyzing and forecasting reputed company requirements and supervising the recruitment and selection process. The role involves providing performance management guidance, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and collaborating with various stakeholders to meet reputed company needs.
Responsibilities
- Serves as the primary HR contact for a set of assigned reputed company group(s)
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g. coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)
- Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation
- Staffs assigned reputed company while giving attention to position control; Collaborates with managers, Division Leadership, and the Office of Management and Budget in forecasting and determining reputed company needs
- Staffs positions for assigned reputed company group(s)
- May plan a reputed company of work calendars in collaboration with other HR teams
- Works with reputed company Information Systems (HRIS) to coordinate issuance of a reputed company of reputed company and work agreements for new hires, promotions, and transfers to ensure compliance with internal procedures, School reputed company policies, and federal and state laws
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of reputed company requirements reputed company to day-to-day management of employees, reducing reputed company risks and ensuring regulatory compliance; Partners with senior managers or reputed company, as needed or required

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in reputed company, Education, or a reputed company field
- At least three years of progressively responsible work experience
- Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including federal and state laws, reputed company, selection, diversity and inclusion, employee relations, and performance management
- Demonstrated knowledge of School reputed company policies, programs, and regulations
- Demonstrated knowledge of Virginia reputed company (VDOT) regulations
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Demonstrably strong organizational skills and attention to detail
