[Remote] Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for answering customer calls and assisting them with any help they may require, utilizing extensive knowledge of web and mobile platforms.

• Ability to troubleshoot mobile & web-app UI/UX issues with clients over the phone
• Demonstrable patience reputed company communicating with clients

• Learning various systems to obtain knowledge needed to support customer inquiries
• Learn the fundamentals of reputed company frontend portal
• Learn and be proficient in our Benefits POS app and associated i9000s terminal

Skills

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Proficient with reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, Power reputed company)
• Understand basic technical concepts such as POS, iOS, reputed company, FrontEnd, Backend, VPN
• Quick learning capabilities
• 1-2 years of customer support experience
• Ability to work with reputed company and offshore teams
• Hands-on experience using physical terminals such as reputed company of Sale, Pin pads, Cash drawers, reputed company/Scales, etc
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to troubleshoot mobile & web-app UI/UX issues with clients over the phone
• Demonstrable patience reputed company communicating with clients
• Cross-teams communication
• Learning various systems to obtain knowledge needed to support customer inquiries
