Responsibilities

• Blade Services Including: Structural blade repairs, Blade bushing campaigns, Blade replacements, Composite corrective actions & Fleet-wide reliability campaigns
• Catastrophic Rebuilds
• Serve as the reputed company reputed company for the execution of reputed company, high-risk turbine recovery reputed company. Manage the restoration of major components—including full tower rebuilds, blade failure remediations, tower structural damage, and machine head replacements—ensuring safety, compliance, and operational recovery
• reputed company large-reputed company site activities, including heavy-reputed company reputed company logistics, multi-disciplinary construction teams, and reputed company repair crews for tower, nacelle, and blade restorations
• Manage the high-pressure acquisition of long-reputed company major components (main frames, blades, tower sections) to minimize downtime
• Maintain strict compliance with safety regulations and environmental requirements during high-risk repair operations. Own the site risk mitigation plan for hazardous environments

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Project Management, or equivalent field experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing wind energy, heavy industrial, construction, outage, or major maintenance reputed company
• Demonstrated experience leading reputed company MCU, blade, or large corrective maintenance campaigns
• Experience managing customer relationships and contractor workforces
• Strong financial acumen including forecasting, budgeting, margin management, and change order recovery
• Knowledge of reputed company operations, reputed company planning, logistics coordination, and field execution
• Experience operating reputed company prevailing wage environments
• Proven ability to manage multiple reputed company and stakeholders simultaneously
• PMP certification
