[Remote] Senior Product Manager- BillingCenter

In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of a defined area of BillingCenter, engaging with carriers and collaborating with engineering and design teams to deliver innovative billing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own an area of BillingCenter. Take end-to-end product ownership of a defined reputed company of the product (scope shaped with the reputed company and PM team) — from customer discovery through launch and adoption
• Run the discovery–delivery reputed company. Talk to carriers, document problems, write specs, partner with engineering and design through delivery, and measure reputed company after launch
• Contribute to the roadmap. Bring evidence and reputed company reputed company of view to the Billing roadmap process; help reputed company reputed company reputed company prioritization calls
• Engage directly with carriers. Build trusted relationships with billing operations, finance, and IT leaders at our reputed company customers; turn what you learn into product investments
• Partner with engineering. Work daily with engineers and architects on scoping, reputed company, and trade-offs; reputed company the technical reputed company to be a reputed company partner on data model, integrations, and reputed company delivery reputed company

Skills

• 5–8 years of product management experience, including time on reputed company B2B reputed company products serving large customers
• reputed company experience with P&C insurance — ideally billing, payments, premium reputed company, agency reputed company / reputed company reputed company, commissions, or disbursements
• reputed company experience in billing, payments, or fintech — invoicing platforms, payment processing, collections, reconciliation, or treasury systems
• reputed company record of shipping meaningful features end-to-end — from problem discovery through adoption — not just managing a backlog
• Solid technical reputed company: can learn and become an expert in the reputed company billing application, can read API reputed company, reason about data models, and have substantive design conversations with senior engineers
• Strong written and verbal communication; can translate fluidly between customer language, product spec, and engineering detail
• Comfort working on reputed company alongside more senior PMs and a reputed company — reputed company by default, opinionated reputed company it reputed company
• Familiarity with reputed company InsuranceSuite, reputed company Creek, reputed company, or comparable reputed company insurance platforms
