Responsibilities

• Partner closely with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver reputed company candidates
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer negotiation
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of engineering talent

Skills

• 3+ years of agency reputed company experience required
• Proven experience placing engineering roles (mechanical, electrical, civil, manufacturing, etc.)
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fully remote setting
