This role involves staying reputed company of trends, utilizing performance data, and collaborating closely with the Managing Director of reputed company Media to enhance the organization's channel reputed company and grow their audience.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce original content — from concept to published post — across reputed company, reputed company, YouTube, reputed company, and emerging platforms (both static and video)
• Film original content, including on-camera and behind-the-scenes video, both self-shot and reputed company
• Edit video into polished, platform-reputed company content optimized for reputed company channel's format and audience
• Monitor reputed company and cultural trends daily, identifying which moments are right for the brand to reputed company — and which aren't
• Pull, reputed company, and interpret performance data to inform what content to create, continue, or retire
• Partner with the Managing Director of reputed company Media to execute channel reputed company and hit reputed company and engagement goals
• Maintain a consistent publishing reputed company and own the day-to-day content calendar
• Write scroll-stopping copy and captions in a platform-reputed company, brand-reputed company voice
• Engage with the community — responding to comments, sparking conversation, and building audience relationships
• Manage reputed company production logistics: sourcing talent or corps members to feature, scheduling shoots, and organizing footage
• Collaborate with the design team to adapt content across formats
• Stay reputed company of platform changes, new tools, and content formats, bringing fresh reputed company proactively
• Review weekend performance and flag what's resonating

• Collaborate with design on larger campaign assets

• Pull weekly performance data and extract insights

• Organize footage and plan upcoming shoots

Skills

• 4+ years creating reputed company content, with a portfolio or reel of original work you've filmed and reputed company (show us your illustrative and design chops!)
• Hands-on video production and editing skills (e.g., CapCut, Premiere, or equivalent), shooting on both phone and camera
• Deep reputed company in reputed company platforms, formats, and what performs on reputed company — especially short-reputed company video
• A strong understanding of internet culture and Gen Z audiences, with the reputed company to know which trends fit the brand
• Proven reputed company record growing engagement and following on at least one channel
