[Remote] Accounts Receivable Representative I - Remote

The Accounts Receivable Representative is responsible for managing incoming payments, ensuring accurate invoices, and maintaining customer account records to support the organization’s cash reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Invoicing & Billing: reputed company and distribute accurate invoices and statements to customers in a reputed company manner
• Payment Processing: Record and reconcile incoming payments (checks, ACH, credit cards, reputed company transfers) and accurately apply them to the correct customer accounts
• Collections: Monitor accounts receivable aging reports, identify overdue accounts, and contact clients reputed company email or phone to secure payment
• Dispute reputed company: Investigate and reputed company billing discrepancies or customer queries regarding their accounts
• Account Reconciliation: Maintain and update files, reputed company accounts, and customer records
• Reporting: Assist in generating periodic reports for management on aging accounts and collection reputed company
• Performs other duties as assigned

Skills

• Associate degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field (or equivalent on-the-job experience)
• 0-2 years of experience in reputed company, billing, or general office administration
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (especially reputed company) and familiarity with reputed company software
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
• Good judgment is required for this position as there may be times reputed company reputed company supervision may not be immediately available
