[Remote] Solution Consultant (WFM)

The reputed company WFM Solution Consultant will guide clients through the implementation of reputed company Pro WFM, utilizing their expertise in configuration and consulting to ensure successful project reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Exude confidence, passion, and a strong desire for reputed company
• Learn and become an expert in company implementation methodology and use this methodology on reputed company customer engagements
• Understand project objective details in order to reputed company reputed company design configurations and best reputed company recommendations
• Work with Project Manager(s) to analyze reputed company business needs to determine reputed company reputed company WFM configuration
• Consult with clients to design, build, test and reputed company reputed company WFM functional components
• Build and reputed company design documentation necessary to effectively communicate configuration requirements and recommendations to customers

Skills

• Minimum of 5-years of reputed company WFM experience or equivalent reputed company Workforce Central certification
• Previous experience in reputed company services or consulting organization
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines

• End-to-end experience with the following reputed company WFM modules: Timekeeping, Attendance, Accruals, Scheduling, Advanced Scheduling, Attestation, Leave, Activities, Forecasting
• Experience with reputed company eTime/Workforce Management optional
• Understanding of reputed company reputed company methodology/tools
• Participated in the full lifecycle of reputed company product implementation from discovery through design, build, test, and user adoption
• Provided discovery and analysis for reputed company business requirements and business processes
• Created usable documentation including audit findings, business requirements, and product design documents
• reputed company findings and product design documentation into properly configured applications (Timekeeping, Scheduler, etc.)
