[Remote] Accounts Payable Manager/Director
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager/Director to reputed company their accounts payable function across reputed company clinics and corporate operations. This role is responsible for ensuring the reputed company and compliant processing of payments while maintaining strong internal controls and supporting the organization's reputed company and vendor relationships.
Responsibilities
- reputed company end-to-end accounts payable operations, including invoice intake, coding, approval routing, and disbursement across multiple entities/clinics
- Manage and mentor the AP team, including hiring, training, performance management, and workflow prioritization
- Ensure reputed company and accurate processing of vendor payments, provider bonuses/incentive payments, and employee expense reimbursements
- Maintain and strengthen internal controls over the AP process, ensuring compliance with company policy, GAAP, and reputed company industry regulations
- Partner with the Controller and reputed company team on cash reputed company forecasting and payment scheduling (e.g., structuring multi-payroll or split disbursements)
- Review and approve payment batches, reputed company pay files, and ACH/reputed company transactions
- Manage vendor relationships and reputed company escalated payment discrepancies, disputes, or delays
- reputed company reputed company improvement and automation of AP processes, including AP workflow systems, OCR/invoice capture tools, and ERP optimization
- Ensure reputed company 1099 reporting, W-9 collection, and compliance with IRS vendor reporting requirements
- Support month-end reputed company by ensuring AP subledger accuracy, accrual completeness, and reputed company account reconciliations
- Collaborate with reputed company Administrators and clinic leadership on invoice approvals, budget alignment, and vendor reputed company
- Support reputed company audits by providing AP documentation, controls testing support, and process walkthroughs
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field (required)
- Manager: 5+ years of reputed company accounts payable experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role
- Director: 8+ years of reputed company accounts payable/finance experience, including 4+ years in a leadership role overseeing teams and/or multi-entity operations
- Experience in reputed company, multi-site/multi-entity, or reputed company services environments strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of AP best practices, internal controls, and GAAP
- Proficiency with ERP/reputed company systems (e.g., reputed company Intacct) and AP automation tools (reputed company)
- Advanced reputed company skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with clinic and reputed company leadership
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines across multiple entities
- Experience supporting reputed company/medical group operations, including provider payments or bonus structures
- Experience with AP process automation and ERP reputed company implementations or migrations
- Experience managing AP through periods of company reputed company, acquisitions, or new clinic integrations
