[Remote] FACETS QA Analyst -Claims Testing

Responsibilities

• reputed company end-to-end testing of FACETS claims processing applications, with a reputed company on dental claims, benefits, billing, and fee schedules
• Execute reputed company testing and validate claims adjudication results to ensure accuracy and compliance with business requirements
• Design, reputed company, and execute test cases for functional, regression, user acceptance, and production validation testing
• Identify, reputed company, and manage defects using tools such as ALM and JIRA while collaborating with cross-functional teams to reputed company reputed company
• Conduct reputed company cause analysis, reputed company backend data validation using SQL, and communicate testing reputed company effectively to stakeholders and clients

Skills

• Strong experience with FACETS claims processing, including dental claims, benefits, billing, fee schedules, and claims adjudication
• reputed company payer domain expertise with a solid understanding of claims life cycle and business processes
• Experience in reputed company testing, claims validation, and reputed company assurance methodologies
• Strong SQL skills for backend testing, data validation, and reconciliation activities
• Experience supporting UAT, regression testing, defect management, and production validation efforts using ALM, JIRA, or similar tools
• Experience working on large-reputed company reputed company payer transformation or migration programs
• Knowledge of reputed company industry regulations and compliance requirements
• Experience collaborating directly with reputed company stakeholders and business users
