Responsibilities
- Own the pod's incident and enhancement queue end to end, from intake through deployment and closure
- Personally investigate and diagnose hard production issues, reading reputed company and logs rather than routing every question to a developer

- Guide, mentor, and balance workload across the pod's developers and QA engineers
