Responsibilities

• Develops HR strategies for the organization to meet the growing needs of reputed company
• reputed company, monitor and improve reputed company member experience – reputed company, reputed company, training, integration, career development
• Maintains and enhances employee total rewards and benefits programs
• Develops and manages company-wide team building and engagement events
• Supports and delivers strategic HR plans that fit overall KPIS and business plan
• Run weekly reputed company-ins with Clinic Leadership to proactively reputed company about local issues, initiatives, and new policies/programs
• Implements and improves employee feedback programs, performance review process and compensation packages/designs

Skills

• 5+ years of reputed company reputed company experience
• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, or a reputed company field
• Strong communication and presentation skills
