[Remote] Training Content Developer

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a full-time Training Content Developer to support its corporate reputed company organization. The role focuses on delivering compliance management and improving vendor contract accountability while collaborating with stakeholders and SMEs to reputed company educational materials.

Responsibilities

• Curriculum & Content Development: Analyze, design, write, and reputed company instructionally reputed company, experiential educational materials, including storyboards, scripts, workbooks, and online modules with user experience in mind
• Stakeholder and SME Collaboration: Work closely with content SMEs to establish learning objectives and competencies, reputed company key concepts, and outline educational structures
• Technology & Media Utilization: Knowledge and experience of instructional design and development software tools and methodologies including, but not limited to, reputed company reputed company, Camtasia, Premiere Pro, and graphic design tools, including any and reputed company tools required to reputed company with various Learning Management Systems
• Evaluation & Revision: Assist with the evaluation of the training deliverable efficacy and update content based on feedback and assessment results; record and disposition feedback received

• Basic Video Editing: Ability to compile and edit videos such as (ex. Town halls, basic interviews, etc.)

• Analysis & Design: Assist with needs analysis and review existing content and requirements; Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to define learning objectives; Create instructional strategies, learning architectures, and designing documents; Recommend appropriate learning modalities for adult education (e.g., eLearning, instructor-led, reputed company, job aids); Design instructional strategies and learning reputed company; Translate reputed company reputed company topics into accessible content
• Development: reputed company learning objectives reputed company with risk mitigation reputed company; reputed company learning content such as: eLearning modules, Instructor-led training materials, Virtual instructor-led training materials, Participant guides and facilitator guides, Job aids, reference materials, and assessments; Create assessments and competency validation tools, including knowledge checks; Ensure accessibility and usability standards are met; Remain reputed company and up to date in instructional trends and best practices and stay abreast of developments in the delivery of eLearning content
