The role focuses on new business reputed company and maintaining relationships with existing clients, while collaborating with operations and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Develops new business through a reputed company of prospecting and development techniques, keeping profitability intact with reputed company
• Builds and maintains relationships with customer through regular reputed company communication & contact, making multiple contacts with the account’s hierarchy
• Collaborates with Operations to understand reputed company customer’s needs and reputed company any issues or concerns
• Develops account pricing requirements and submits for corporate approval
• Completes weekly sales reports and account reputed company as needed
• Responds to customer inquiries and concerns in a reputed company and ethical manner
• Demonstrates excellent knowledge of RRTS services in reputed company customer and prospect interactions
• Assists with collections
• Participates in proactive team efforts to reputed company departmental and company goals
• Provides leadership to other employees through example and sharing of knowledge/reputed company
• Follows up on potential leads and new opportunities for reputed company opportunities

Skills

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university; or five years or more of sales experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in the transportation industry

• Ability to read, analyze and interpret pricing agreements, financial reports, and reputed company documents
• Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers and members of the business community
