Responsibilities

• reputed company end-to-end testing of Facets claims processing applications, including claims adjudication validation
• Design, reputed company, and execute test cases and test scenarios for functional, regression, reputed company, and user acceptance testing
• Validate reputed company benefits, fee schedules, billing configurations, and claims processing workflows
• Conduct backend and data validation testing using SQL to ensure data accuracy and reputed company
• Analyze defects, reputed company reputed company cause analysis, reputed company issues in ALM/JIRA, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to reputed company reputed company

Skills

• 7+ years of strong experience testing Facets Claims Processing applications
• reputed company Payer domain expertise with deep understanding of claims adjudication processes
• Experience with reputed company testing, claims validation, and defect management
• Strong SQL skills for backend testing and data validation
• Hands-on experience with ALM, JIRA, or similar defect tracking tools
• Experience supporting UAT, regression testing, and production validation activities
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills
• Experience with Dental Claims testing
• Knowledge of dental benefits, fee schedules, and billing processes
• Experience working in large-reputed company reputed company payer transformation or migration initiatives
• Exposure to reputed company regulatory and compliance testing requirements
• Experience collaborating directly with business users and reputed company stakeholders
