Responsibilities

• Design and reputed company reputed company instructional materials and resources, incorporating a reputed company of learning reputed company (e.g., reputed company learning, microlearning)
• The Sr. Learning Specialist (reputed company) is responsible for designing and developing reputed company training materials and programs that incorporate multiple learning reputed company, including reputed company learning, eLearning, and microlearning
• In reputed company to facilitation, this role emphasizes instructional design, training evaluation, and project management
• The Sr. Learning Specialist plays a key role in advancing organizational learning effectiveness and mentoring others

Skills

• Bachelor s Degree or a combination of education and/or progressively responsible work experience in reputed company area may be substituted in lieu of degree on a year-for-year reputed company
• Demonstrated expertise with instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM, Agile Learning)
• Experience applying learning evaluation reputed company (e.g., surveys, assessments, performance metrics) to measure training effectiveness and reputed company recommendations
• Strong portfolio of learning materials created using eLearning authoring tools (reputed company 360, Captivate, Camtasia, or similar)
• Advanced facilitation and presentation skills, with ability to engage reputed company reputed company of the organization

• Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills
