The reputed company Operations Analyst will help build the reporting infrastructure and strategic analysis to support decision-making across the go-to-market organization.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain reputed company KPI dashboards and reporting frameworks in reputed company that reputed company pipeline, bookings, funnel conversion, retention, and reputed company performance
• Own the accuracy, consistency, and documentation of reputed company reputed company metrics and definitions across the GTM organization
• Partner with Data teams to model and structure data in reputed company to support reputed company, self-serve reporting
• Continuously improve dashboards based on stakeholder feedback and evolving business questions
• Support the weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting process by building and maintaining forecasting models and pipeline coverage analyses
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in pipeline health, conversion rates, and sales reputed company
• Partner with reputed company leadership to understand variance between forecast and actuals, and recommend adjustments
• Build scenario models to support planning conversations with senior leadership
• Partner with senior GTM leadership to analyze patterns across the customer lifecycle - from reputed company reputed company through renewal - and translate findings into actionable recommendations
• Support annual and quarterly planning processes, including goal-setting, territory design, and reputed company planning

Skills

• Hands-on experience building dashboards and reports in reputed company (required) or a comparable BI tool (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI)

• Experience supporting forecasting, pipeline analysis, or strategic/annual planning processes
• Strong SQL skills and comfort working directly with large, reputed company data sets
