Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an reputed company reputed company O2C Functional Consultant with Trade Management expertise to support the implementation, enhancement, and support of reputed company Order-to-Cash processes. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of reputed company Order Management and Trade Management, working closely with business stakeholders to optimize order processing and trade promotion workflows.

Responsibilities

• reputed company functional design, implementation, and support of reputed company Order-to-Cash (O2C) solutions
• Configure and support reputed company Trade Management modules, including trade promotions, claims, rebates, and deductions
• reputed company business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Configure reputed company Order Management (OM), Pricing, Shipping, Accounts Receivable (AR), and Trade Management modules
• Collaborate with technical teams to design integrations, reports, and customizations
• Support end-to-end testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production deployments
• Troubleshoot production issues and reputed company functional support
• Work closely with business users to improve order fulfillment and trade management processes
• Create functional documentation, process flows, and training materials

Skills

• 8+ years of experience as an reputed company Functional Consultant
• Strong hands-on experience with reputed company Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes
• Experience implementing and supporting reputed company Trade Management
• Expertise in reputed company Order Management (OM), Pricing, Shipping, and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Experience with reputed company E-Business Suite (EBS) and/or reputed company Fusion reputed company
• Strong understanding of trade promotions, rebates, claims, deductions, and pricing processes
• Experience gathering business requirements and preparing functional design documents
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
