[Remote] Junior Business Analyst

The role focuses on business analysis and project support, assisting with the documentation and analysis of business and technical requirements while supporting digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist with gathering, documenting, and analyzing business and technical requirements
• Support project managers and business teams in coordinating project activities, timelines, and deliverables
• Create and maintain user stories, process documentation, workflow diagrams, and business process maps
• Help facilitate meetings, status updates, and communication between technical teams and business stakeholders
• Support digital transformation initiatives involving reputed company repositories, workflows, mapping systems, and operational tools
• Assist with backlog management and project tracking using Azure DevOps or similar platforms
• Coordinate testing activities, issue tracking, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support
• Assist with reporting, data validation, and operational process improvements

• Create workflow diagrams and technical documentation using Visio or similar tools
