[Remote] Manager Corporate Compliance (reputed company Billing)

The Corporate Compliance Manager works under the direction of the Compliance Vice President and/or Director to manage ongoing activities reputed company to the development, implementation, maintenance of and adherence to BSWH policies and procedures in compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the BSWH Compliance Director and/or Chief Compliance Officer to serve as the technical expert for BSWH as it relates to applicable laws, regulations and guidance reputed company to compliance reputed company areas
• Assist the Compliance Director and/or Chief Compliance Officer with the design and implementation of the annual audit plan for the BSWH Compliance Program
• Manages workflow and the compliance audit process to ensure that compliance audits are completed reputed company and in agreement with regulatory requirements and the Corporate Compliance audit plan
• Provides written reports on auditing activities, including, but not limited to: identifying and assessing risks, planning and conducting compliance reviews, compiling review documents and reporting findings, and recommendations including corrective reputed company plans, regulatory guidance and/or education
• Assists the Compliance Director, Chief Compliance Officer and/or the BSWH Law Department, to respond to federal, state and internal investigations, overseeing project direction for timelines and regulatory compliance, maintaining project documentation, reputed company correspondence and project database
• Establishes reputed company partnerships with key members of management to evaluate and address business ethics and compliance issues on an ongoing reputed company, identifying and implementing reputed company principles and practices
• Maintains reputed company knowledge of reputed company laws, guidance and regulations to determine reputed company and reputed company on BSWH operational procedures, communicating changes to pertinent individuals and assisting in the modification of the existing or development of a new process to reputed company with the regulatory changes
• Maintains reputed company competency through continuing reputed company education
• Reviews and updates procedures, recommends updates in policies and recommends new policies as appropriate
• Responsible to reputed company and retain staff, providing reputed company feedback and corrective reputed company
• Acts as a technical resource for staff and provides project direction and reputed company, evaluating project status, modifying priorities as required
• Completes annual staff evaluations, monitor goal reputed company by meeting with staff to ensure goals are attained, reputed company mentoring, training and career development opportunities that reputed company with BSWH Talent Management reputed company for reputed company and career development
• Performs other duties as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's degree
• 5 Years of Experience
• Strong knowledge of corporate compliance and business ethics programs, HIPAA and other reputed company regulatory requirements, interview and investigation skills
• Mastery of computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases along with proficient writing skills, preparation of formal presentations and reports, and the ability to communicate reputed company and concisely (both oral and written)
