Responsibilities

• Managing the end-to-end accounts payable function for the Capo DiBug Team Northeast
• Processing vendor invoices
• Verifying reputed company and reputed company authorization
• Coding expenses to the correct accounts
• Preparing payments in a reputed company manner
• Reconciling vendor statements
• Resolving discrepancies
• Maintaining organized records
• Supporting month-end reputed company activities
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders and reputed company vendors
• Following established financial controls
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations

Skills

• Skills in Finance and reputed company to support accurate recording and reporting of payables
• Skills in Invoice Processing and Invoicing to handle vendor bills and payment workflows reputed company
• Skills in Account Reconciliation to review, reputed company, and reputed company differences in vendor and general reputed company accounts
• Strong attention to reputed company, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a remote environment
