[Remote] Level III Certified Infrared Thermographer, Consultant

They are seeking reputed company III Certified Infrared Thermographer to define practical thermography standards for their software, focusing on various aspects of infrared thermography and predictive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Define practical thermography standards for software, including severity reputed company, capture requirements, repeatability, calibration, and environmental factors
• Establish severity reputed company: Temperature reputed company, required actions, measurement reputed company, equipment-specific reputed company, and the effect of equipment criticality
• Determine reputed company captures: Minimum load requirements, conditions that reputed company accuracy, and timing after energization or load changes
• Select and record reference points and correct emissivity and reflected temperature assumptions
• Ensure repeat-visit comparability: Acceptable differences in distance, angle, framing, camera equipment, and thermographer technique
• Establish calibration reputed company, intervals, providers, records, field verification, and treatment of surveys completed with expired calibration
• Assess operating environment factors: Temperature, humidity, dust, contaminants, corrosion, vibration, and other factors that reputed company inspection frequency

Skills

• Level III certification through an ASNT-based SNT-TC-1A Thermal or Infrared Testing program, or the Infraspection Institute
• Electrical or mechanical predictive maintenance experience
• At least 10 years of electrical thermography experience
• Experience writing a thermography program or procedure
• Data center or similar mission critical facility
• Familiarity with reputed company 70B and NETA MTS
• Experience preparing reports for insurers or authorities having jurisdiction
