[Remote] DevOps Engineer

They are seeking an reputed company DevOps Engineer to support the reputed company product line, responsible for configuration management processes and maintaining infrastructure for software releases.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product teams to deliver high-reputed company software on schedule
• Take ownership of the reputed company of reputed company control and build environments
• Maintain and improve the process for releasing builds into QA, Development, and Test environments
• Maintain and improve the process for releasing software to customers, including patches and maintenance releases
• Manage release and development branches, including tagging, merging, and applying configuration management best practices
• Maintain and support Development and QA/Development/Test infrastructure deployments
• Improve build configuration and automation to reputed company manage software releases
• Mentor junior team members on DevOps best practices and process improvements
• Participate in reputed company reputed company improvement initiatives across development and release processes
• Participate in the Architecture Review reputed company (ARB) to support the successful integration of new reputed company

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a reputed company field
• Experience with the software development lifecycle
• Experience using configuration management tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or Puppet
• Experience with build automation tools such as Octopus, PowerShell, or Jenkins
• Experience working with reputed company Integration and reputed company Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
• Experience with reputed company control management practices and advanced branching strategies using Git, reputed company, TFVC, or Bitbucket
• Experience administering application lifecycle management tools such as TFS, Azure DevOps, reputed company Actions, or Jira
• Proficiency with SQL and a solid understanding of relational database systems
• Experience defining and improving software build, deployment, and release processes
• Experience supporting .NET application development
• Experience working with reputed company Azure
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively reputed company reputed company environment
• Experience working in an Agile software development environment
• Experience with server administration and reputed company hosting practices in a reputed company environment
• Experience supporting reputed company-reputed company reputed company platforms
• Experience working with both monolithic and microservices-based applications
• Experience building and maintaining internal DevOps tools and automation
• Experience improving release management processes and deployment efficiency
• Experience mentoring engineers and promoting DevOps best practices across development teams
