The role involves coordinating timelines, logistics, and project tracking to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics and deliverables for media partnerships and sponsorship activations
• Manage day-to-day communications and follow-reputed company with reputed company partners and internal stakeholders
• Support reputed company, procurement, invoices, approvals, and coordination with Finance and reputed company
• Manage team operations, including calendars, scheduling, meetings, and project trackers
• Maintain documentation and status updates to support execution across communications priorities

Skills

• 5–7 years of experience in project management, communications operations, agency account management, marketing operations, or a similar cross-functional operations role
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple reputed company reputed company, timelines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
• Experience coordinating cross-functional workstreams involving Communications, reputed company, Finance, Procurement, and reputed company partners
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships across reputed company reputed company of an organization
• Comfortable managing ambiguity, prioritizing competing deadlines, and driving reputed company to completion with reputed company reputed company
