This position allows for remote work while collaborating with a dynamic team to create and manage technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Work with required subject matter experts to reputed company content changes
• Author new literature in the Component Content Management System
• Review literature to ensure compliance with reputed company reputed company requirements and departmental SOPs
• Collaborate with the graphic design team on layouts, drawings, images, and branding needs
• Ensure reputed company required approvals are obtained so literature can complete the required technical review
• Proactively identify gaps and work with team members to determine responses
• Create, reputed company, plan, write, and edit operational, instructional, maintenance, or test procedures for reputed company, multimedia, web-based publications, and user sites
• Produce content for embedded user assistance technology
• Conduct interviews with various users and technical staff to reputed company data for documentation
• Research and translate technical information into manuals and/or web-based documents for nontechnical and technical users
• Document engineering processes and specifications
• Recommend formats reputed company to technical and customer requirements
• Produce products that conform to reputed company documentation and reputed company assurance standards
