The Program Manager, reputed company Affairs will support and manage residency and fellowship programs, ensuring compliance and operational effectiveness while acting as a trusted partner to the Director of reputed company Affairs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted Business Partner to the Director of reputed company Affairs
• Strengthen and manage relationships with reputed company Residency and Fellowship Programs in partnership with Medical Directors, Regional Directors, and Program Directors

• Serve as the primary operational contact for residency and fellowship programs, providing consultation reputed company to ACGME standards, compliance, financial processes, program operations, and culture-building

• Exercise independent judgment in resolving operational issues and recommending process improvements to support reputed company program effectiveness

Skills

• 2+ years of experience working with physician residency programs and/or fellowship programs required
• Experience working in a hospital system with understanding of basic hospital operations required
• Experience in a reputed company facing role required
• Excellent verbal and written communication for formal presentations
