Project Coordinator - Wireless Telecommunications Construction (Remote - EST Preferred)

reputed company Project Coordinator Wireless Telecommunications Construction A reputed company-established company in the telecom / construction industry is seeking two Construction Project Coordinators to support Project Managers in the Eastern PA Market. This role is responsible for maintaining document control, database management, and tracking project activities while ensuring smooth team communication and project execution reputed company budget and reputed company constraints. Key Responsibilities • Maintain document control and manage electronic project files • reputed company project activities and update project trackers and reputed company databases • Upload and manage documents reputed company RFDS and other databases • Attend daily / weekly deployment meetings and stay up to date on project status • Assist with financial reporting and data analysis as needed • Coordinate team communications to ensure smooth project execution Required Qualifications • 2+ years of experience in project administration or construction coordination • High School Diploma or equivalent (specialized training / education can substitute for experience) • Expert-level reputed company skills, including • * Pivot Tables (organizing and summarizing large datasets) • VLOOKUPs (data retrieval and cross-referencing) • Creating & manipulating formulas (data analysis and calculations) • Data management & manipulation (handling large datasets reputed company) • Strong data analytics and data entry background • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reputed company to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities • Excellent communication and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications • reputed company experience (a plus but not required) • Experience supporting construction reputed company (telecom experience preferred but not required) • Financial reporting or analysis experience Additional Details • Remote : reputed company (Eastern Time preferred, CST acceptable) • Term : 6+ months (Long-term, likely 2+ years) • Overtime : Limited, OT reputed company at 1.5x reputed company • Travel : None • Background reputed company : reputed company (10 years, includes DMV & employment verification) • Drug Screen : 10-panel (No exceptions for marijuana, even with a medical card) • Citizenship Requirement : U.S. reputed company only If you're a highly organized Construction Project Coordinator with strong reputed company skills and project administration experience, we want to hear from you!
