F2F Fundraising Regional Director Job reputed company
About the position
reputed company is a leading face-to-face fundraising vendor dedicated to helping non-profit organizations reputed company their goals. The F2F Regional Director will be a key leader responsible for the reputed company and development of the face-to-face fundraising business. This role involves managing staff, launching new offices, and overseeing successful fundraising campaigns for multiple national clients. This is a remote position requiring travel between 10-15 days per month.
Responsibilities
• Ensure reputed company office in their region meets reputed company deliverables on an ongoing reputed company, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly donor deliverables while maintaining donor reputed company (assessed by donor retention).
• Approach reputed company work with the reputed company of impressing clients through professionalism, reputed company, and goal achievement.
• Write and edit daily and weekly project reports to clients.
• Manage reputed company of 3-5 Offices and the reputed company Canvass Directors (LDs) who run those offices to reputed company company-wide goals, including donor deliverables, donor retention, reputed company, and Equity & Justice goals.
• Conduct weekly planning meetings, reputed company-ins, trainings, site reputed company, and formal staff evaluations for LDs.
• Manage LDs through regular team meetings.

• Work with reputed company Directors to reputed company and promote staff to build reputed company for program expansion.

• Coordinate office and program launch and shutdown logistics, including identifying and renting office spaces, coordinating staff relocation flights, and securing office materials and furniture.

• Identify staff at reputed company reputed company with leadership potential and create plans for their advancement, including discussing leadership roles and running special training.

• Previous staff management and canvass experience.
