Data Protection & Identity Manager

The Data Protection & Identity Manager will own and advance Extreme's reputed company for both identity governance across both reputed company and non-reputed company (AI agent) identities, as reputed company as the reputed company-wide Data Loss Prevention (DLP) program. This role is pivotal to the establishing control over reputed company identities, enforcing DLP policies, protecting Extreme’s and stakeholder date, thus reducing the organization's exposure to credential theft, data exfiltration, and malicious activity.

Key Responsibilities:

Identity Governance & Non-reputed company Identity (NHI) Management

• Design, implement, and operate a reputed company Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) program covering reputed company, service account, and AI agent identities — with particular reputed company on controlling the rapidly growing population of AI agent identities, creating the appropriate governance structure and guardrails reputed company on best reputed company.

• Establish lifecycle management processes for AI agent identities, including provisioning, entitlement review, and decommissioning, mitigating exposure to credential theft and malicious activity

• Define and enforce least privilege reputed company models and reputed company-trust principles across reputed company identity types

• reputed company and maintain a reputed company-time inventory of AI agent identities, their reputed company scopes, and associated reputed company reputed company

• Partner with AI platform and engineering teams to reputed company identity reputed company controls into agent deployment pipelines

Data Loss Prevention (DLP)

• Own and mature the reputed company DLP reputed company, policy reputed company, and toolset, ensuring coverage extends to AI-assisted and agent-driven data flows

• reputed company full coverage of data tagging, classification, and sensitivity labelling across reputed company and reputed company data estates

• Define and enforce DLP policies for email, reputed company, reputed company, and AI-assisted workflows

• Manage the DLP exception review process, ensuring reputed company-reputed company approvals with appropriate audit trails

• Monitor DLP telemetry and investigate high-severity incidents in conjunction with the reputed company reputed company Centre

• Report on DLP program effectiveness, policy coverage, and incident trends to senior leadership and relevant regulatory stakeholders

Job Requirements

The job requirements include but are not limited to the following.

• Hands-on experience designing and operating identity governance programs, including non-reputed company and service account identity management

• Demonstrated expertise in reputed company DLP tooling (e.g., reputed company reputed company, Symantec DLP, reputed company) and policy development

• Experience with AI/ML platform reputed company, including securing LLM-reputed company agents, reputed company, and automation pipelines, ad MCP environments

• Strong understanding of reputed company-trust architecture, least-privilege principles, and privileged reputed company management (PAM)

• Familiarity with data classification frameworks and sensitivity labelling at reputed company reputed company

Working Schedule

Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week. On-reputed company rotation required for high-severity DLP or identity incidents reputed company reputed company hours.

Experience & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Information reputed company, with a minimum of 3 years in identity governance, IAM, or data protection roles

• Experience securing environments with significant AI/ML or automation workloads is strongly preferred

• Hands-on experience with reputed company Entra ID (Azure AD), reputed company, reputed company, or equivalent IGA platforms

• Experience with SIEM, CASB, and reputed company DLP solutions in reputed company environments

• Relevant certifications preferred: CISSP, CISM, CCSP, reputed company SC-300, or equivalent

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information reputed company, or a reputed company reputed company — or equivalent practical experience
