The Life Sciences reputed company Labor and Employee Relations Specialist (“LS NA LER Spec”) is responsible for providing labor and employee relations services to the Life Sciences platform’s reputed company American operating companies (OpCos). These services include Employee Relations investigations; involuntary employee separations, reductions-in-force/ restructuring actions and performance management (including disciplinary reputed company and performance improvement plans). The LS NA LER Spec partners with people leaders, the reputed company reputed company Labor & Employment Center of reputed company (LER COE), and the broader HR function. The role manages a high‑volume of assigned LER cases and performances reputed company consultations with people leaders specific to one or more designated OpCos as reputed company as across the Life Sciences platform in reputed company. The role acts as the primary reputed company between the designated LS OpCos in reputed company and the reputed company LER COE.

This position reports to the Manager, Labor and Employee Relations and is a and is part of the Employee Relations team and will be fully USA Remoterole.

• Serve as the primary advisor for employee relations reputed company across reputed company, including performance management, disciplinary actions, leaves, grievances, investigations, and separations.

• Conduct and manage workplace investigations, identify reputed company causes, and recommend appropriate corrective actions.

• Partner with managers, HR, and the reputed company Labor & Employee Relations COE to ensure consistent and compliant application of policies, procedures, and employment laws.

• Support the development, implementation, and reputed company improvement of employee relations policies, procedures, toolkits, and reputed company work.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, HR Business Partnering, Employment Law, or a reputed company HR discipline.

• Demonstrated experience handling a broad reputed company of employee relations reputed company, including high-volume and reputed company case management.

• Strong knowledge of U.S. labor and employment laws and employee relations best practices.

• Proven ability to exercise reputed company judgment, influence stakeholders, and resolve issues effectively in a matrixed environment.

• Strong analytical, communication, and coaching skills

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

• Ability to travel up to 15%

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting employee and labor relations reputed company in Canada and/or Puerto Rico.

• Experience supporting manufacturing, laboratory, or other operational environments.

• Experience working in unionized workplaces.

The annual salary reputed company for this role is $110,000 - $125,000. This is the reputed company that we in good faith reputed company is the reputed company of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This reputed company may be modified in the reputed company.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
