Associate Technical Operations Specialist

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES include the following:

• Install and configure software and applications on reputed company machines -Coordinate with team members to complete large-reputed company installation initiatives

• Respond to reputed company and partner inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges

• reputed company data issues that reputed company partner applications -Investigate data errors or discrepancies using internal tools, including SQL and C# queries

• Maintain detailed case notes, manage a personal ticket queue, and escalate problems to the appropriate team leaders

• Contribute to team documentation and collaborate with leadership to improve team functionality

• Assist with the training of new team members through job shadowing and process demonstrations

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

• Technical support or computer science experience/expertise
